Annual Charleston Public Courts Tennis Tournament
Largest annual tennis tournament in Charleston. The public courts tournament matches take place at Schoenbaum Tennis Complex, Tennis Indoor Center and Charleston Catholic High

WVSSAC Tournaments
The West Virginia Secondary School Athletic Commission (WVSSAC) hold their annual high school boys basketball, girls basketball, volleyball, baseball, tennis and track and field state

Sportsfest Meets WV Games
SportsFEST includes the Jet Ski Hyrdo-Turf National Championship and the EVP Pro Am Beach Championship. WV Games, the largest collection of sanctioned sporting events in West Virginia, includes events such as a cornhole tournament, crossfit, tabata bootcamp, slalom skateboarding, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and the West Virginia Storm will be stunting and tumbling. In total, more than 400 professional athletes will compete this weekend.
Capital City Challenge
4.2 mile Run, 4.2 mile Row, 16.8 mile Ride
Run, Row & Ride through the capital city on this flat, fast course that showcases the beauty of downtown Charleston. This unique yet competitive event is designed for competitors of all fitness and skill levels. This family-friendly challenge features a post-race picnic with music, kids’ activities, and great prizes. Solo and team entries are welcome.
